General Information

The Colonel is the manager of Schaft Security Systems and the one commanded by Tokunaga to take custody of Utsumi and secure the Griffon. Despite many capture and apprehension attempts on Utsumi, Kurosaki, and the Griffon, he and the rest of SSS are forced to withdraw. From that point on he along with SSS do not appear afterwards. However in the manga during the evacuation, Utsumi planted a bomb on the vehicle the Colonel was driving, killing him in the process.
