I've done everything except the music and synopsis for every TV episode page and I have moved on to The New Files. It was used at an underground construction site, but details such as the manufacturer and specifications are unknown. It has a wide, stocky body, and has a distinctive appearance with a head with a binocular camera attached to the front of the fuselage, located lower than the cockpit where the periscope is located.
