The HL-109 Chronos is a general use labor featured in Patlabor: Operation Tokyo Bay. It was manufactured by Hishii Heavy Industries and is supposed to be Hishii's definitive answer to Shinohara Heavy Industries AV series in terms of power and maneuverability. Its a large green lumbering labor, with thick long arms and five fingered manipulators. It's able to deal lots of damage using both it's hands on other labors, and defend against attacks due to the thickness of it's arms. It's monoeye camera is sometimes visible through it's visor.
