Design & Development[]

The Hanuman is a manga and novel exclusive general purpose labor, most recognizable for it's primate-like appearance. It's amongst the smallest civil labors, having a high performance and an equally high price. It was primarily used for construction work across high rise buildings, it's excellent balance allowing it to perform detailed work in a short period of time. Because of it's smaller size and lightweight nature, the Hanuman is an extremely agile labor. It was able to keep pace with Ingram Unit Two and the Economy Ingram Mark II, as well as capable of leaping over ten meters in the air, and several tens of meters after a short run up.

It has a round body with elongated arms, having manipulators not just on it's arms but it's feet as well. This seems to be done to ensure stable work by gripping small scaffolding or steel frames at high-rise construction sites. The cockpit is located directly on the main body of the labor, and because of it's small size and unique structure, it lacks proper monitors. The pilot would have to wear special goggles to utilize the four cameras on the labor's face. The spherical head can also move to some extent according to the movement of the pilot's neck. The armor of the Hanuman is surprisingly durable, covering most of the labor's body and capable of withstanding blows from the Ingram's stun baton. Their designs being more simpler than the average labor allows them to easily be deconstructed and reconstructed overnight, by a small team of people.
