General Information

Hirako is the managing Director of Shaft Enterprises Japan, standing at Tokunaga's side while they tried to deal with Utsumi, providing him with advice and support. He has no notable activities in the anime, though in the manga he utilized Mikogami from the Inspection Department to uncover accounting fraud in the Planning Division 7. While working on the development of the Griffon, he also showed his shrewdness by moving forward with plans for a partnership with Shinohara Heavy Industries in the commercialization of HOS.
