Ichoku Inubashiri is a violent, reckless man who will use violence to obtain what he needs. Be it for his work as a terrorist or personal convenience. Despite this, he is shown to be very quiet and clever, being able to evade the police and cover his own tracks enough to evade prison. He is also said to be a great fighter and labor pilot.
Biography[]
Ichoku Inubashiri was born in Kamata, Ota ward Tokyo. He had joined the Japanese self defense force as a ground defense labor pilot, and transferred to the airborne division in 1996. During this time he caught wind of the home of the sea terrorist organization, and later joined them after being discharged from the military. For cover, he worked for a Japanese construction company. He would eventually become involved in a plot by the home of the sea to steal a Russian military labor being transported through sakata, japan. But during his plot to steal the labor, he was intercepted by Ivan Ivanovich Ivanokovsky. While Ivan was occupied with fighting the Ingram, Ichoku stole a second Doshka to confront Ivan for knocking him out with the butt of his rifle. After saving noa's life by tackling ivan's Doshka into the sea, he was arrested at revolver cannon point for terrorism, grand theft labor, and assault and battery.
