Inspector Brady is a veteran New York City police detective who came to Japan with Kanuka Clancy. He has a large family of five children, and in the letter that Kanuka sent to the Special Vehicle Division 2 after returning to Japan, it was written that he would adopt Bud and raise him. He himself said that even if he had one more child, his role as a parent would not change, and when Asuma heard the contents of the letter, he was impressed and said, "He is a mature adult."
