Ivan is a general in the KGB who was in charge of labor development. he is a very quiet and clever man who won't hesitate to kill if his back is against the wall.
Biography[]
Ivan was a KGB general who had defected and stolen several L99 Doshkas. He was planning to donate them to Takahata for Japanese use, but was stopped by SV2. When Noa Izumi and Asuma Shinohara interrupted the trade, Ivan assumed he had been betrayed by Takahata, and opened fire. This erupted into a firefight between the doshka and Ingram, almost killing Noa in the process. Before he could deliver a tank shell into Noa's cockpit, he was knocked into the water by Ichoku Inubashiri. He was arrested at for arms trafficking, grand theft labor, and attempted vehicular homicide.
