Personality[]

Kai is a man with his own view of the world. He seizes any chance he gets to be able to see a sign of weakness in Japan's security. He is against civilization however sociable enough to have been former friends with Kiichi Goto.

Biography[]

Kai is a revolutionary, who leads an army of military rebels piloting AL-97 Atlas labors. Earlier in his college years he knew Kiichi Goto and they were friends until they grew distant later on in their lives. Kai grew dangerous as time went on. When He and Section 2 crossed paths a fight broke out between them, that eventually foiled Kai's plan to destroy Tokyo.
