Noa's mother is an unnamed character that appears in episode 47 of Mobile Police Patlabor: On Television "Condition Green" as well as appearing off screen in episode 5 of Patlabor: The Early Days, "The SV2's Longest Day (Part 1)"

Noa's mother has minor appearances across both the OVA, TV Series, and manga. She along with Noa's father own a liquor store, which would also be where they reside. She has a habit of making lots of food for Noa to eat.
