General Information[]

Morikawa is an engineer affiliated with Shaft Enterprises Japan's Tsuchiura Research Institute. He was frustrated that ASURA, which he had developed at Furuyanagi's laboratory, never saw the light of day, and tries to prove its capability through the Griffon. Because of this, he sees the Ingram as "Competition" for the Griffon to surpass. He along with Isoguchi and Hoba were members of the Furuyanagi laboratory at Jonan Institute of Technology in 1963.
