General Information

Shirai is one of the members of Shaft's Planning Section 7. Although he often works with Kurosaki, he is rarely seen as often as the other members. In the manga, he is shown to have difficult when dealing with Bud's selfishness, but he is not hated by Bud as much as Kurosaki. He's the person responsible for shooting Takeo Kumgami after she recognized Utsumi from his days in Hong Kong, hospitalizing her for the latter half of the Griffon incident.
