SITE NOTICE (March 6, 2025)
Hello everyone! Due to their ability to hold a large amount of images and information pertaining to different characters, concepts, and locations, episode pages are on the agenda! I've done everything except the music and synopsis for every TV episode page and I have moved on to The New Files. In the meantime, before you upload images to the wiki, check the episode pages for what you may be looking for!

Wisdom and courage to all,
ProtoMekka

General Information[]

Tokunaga is the managing Director of Schaft Enterprises Japan, is Utsumi's boss. He is often troubled by Utsumi's reckless behavior in both the manga and On Television. While being the managing director, one can see glimpses of his antagonistic nature through his actions, such as when he mobilizes Schaft Security Systems without hesitation.

In the manga he was able to commend a sense of obedience from Kurosaki, once he cornered Planning Section 7. Yet he is then counterattacked by a strange plan in which Utsumi allegedly stored the Griffon in his own villa, detonating it before Tokunaga could successfully lay claim to it. This led to him being suspected of being involved in the incident, and during interrogation by Nagano Prefectural Police and Matsui, he mentioned Griffon's name in an outburst (The Griffon's name was not made public) during the interrogation and was promptly arrested. The exact details of what happened after that are unknown, but in the final volume Matsui indicted as the mastermind behind a series of griffon incidents. He established his current position by preying on the company, and even Utsumi once recognized his "villainous" nature, but as he was promoted, he began to lose his luster as a antagonist, becoming obsessed with self-preservation.
