General Information[]

Yutaka Isoguchi is the head of development at Shaft Enterprises Japan's Tsuchiura Research Institute, and is characterized by his glasses and beard. He, Morikawa, and Hoba were members of the Furuyanagi laboratory at Jonan Institute of Technology in 1963. He developed the Griffon at Utsumi's request and even after Utsumi broke off with the upper management, he accompanied Morikawa to Planning Section 7 until the end for maintenance purposes.
